Katia has devoted her life to rescuing and helping wild and domestic horses in need. She is the President and volunteer Executive Director of WILD FOR LIFE FOUNDATION INC, (WFLF), a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit all volunteer charity, dedicated to protecting, saving and preserving equines.

In tribute to the horse nation Katia has created what’s become one of the most inspirational cause driven films of its time. Saving America's Horses: A NATION BETRAYED, has been hailed as a life changing experience and has received countless rave reviews.
